VOLUNTEER OF THE MONTH - May 2008 - ANDREA MANGINO

The BTCNJ Merchandise Committee searched high and low for an additional person to join our team. One day, this wonderful person started helping us with laying out and organizing all of the merchandise. There was no question that we really needed her help. We immediately asked her to join the Committee and she said "yes" without blinking an eye.

When I think about Andrea, and watch her work, I say to myself: "Great balls of fire! Where does she get all the energy?" Having Andrea on the team is like having one person doing the work of three. She is one of the most energetic, bubbly, positive people I have ever met. Andrea is always up for the challenge with a smile on her face. We also thank her husband, Nick, for sharing Andrea with us because the Merchandise Committee responsibilities are very time-consuming. (Oh-and we also thank Nick for "schlepping" boxes of BTCNJ merchandise).

Andrea Mangino is a BTCNJ volunteer who really makes a difference. Next time you see the BTCNJ merchandise table, come say hello to Andrea and you will understand why we think Andrea is such a treasure and an asset to the club.
